Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, band under your feet
  • 2Hold the band with both hands, extend your arms in front of your chest
  • 3Twist your upper body to the right, keeping your legs and hips stable
  • 4Return to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the movement to the other side

Tips:

  • Keep your abs engaged during the exercise
  • Avoid leaning forward or backward while twisting
  • Maintain your balance by keeping your feet grounded
  • Stretch the band while twisting for maximum resistance
