Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand
  • 2Bend your hips and knees to lower your body until the dumbbells touch the floor
  • 3Explosively stand up, pulling the dumbbells up towards your shoulders
  • 4At the top of the motion, flip your wrists so that the palms face your body
  • 5Lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position

Tips:

  • Perform this exercise in a controlled and smooth manner
  • Do not round your back during the exercise
  • Maintain a firm grip on the dumbbells throughout
  • Performing the exercise in front of a mirror can help ensure correct form
