
Instructions:
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand
- 2Bend your hips and knees to lower your body until the dumbbells touch the floor
- 3Explosively stand up, pulling the dumbbells up towards your shoulders
- 4At the top of the motion, flip your wrists so that the palms face your body
- 5Lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position
Tips:
- Perform this exercise in a controlled and smooth manner
- Do not round your back during the exercise
- Maintain a firm grip on the dumbbells throughout
- Performing the exercise in front of a mirror can help ensure correct form
