Instructions:

  • 1Lie down on your back, keeping your legs extended and a towel in each hand
  • 2Lift one arm and curl it by flexing the elbow while gripping the towel
  • 3Lower your arm back to the starting position in a controlled manner
  • 4Repeat with your other arm
  • 5Do desired amount of reps and sets

Tips:

  • Keep your wrist straight throughout the exercise
  • Make sure to completely extend your arm at the bottom of the motion
  • Try to squeeze your biceps at the top of each rep
  • Perform the exercise in a slow, controlled manner
