
Instructions:
- 1Lie down on your back, keeping your legs extended and a towel in each hand
- 2Lift one arm and curl it by flexing the elbow while gripping the towel
- 3Lower your arm back to the starting position in a controlled manner
- 4Repeat with your other arm
- 5Do desired amount of reps and sets
Tips:
- Keep your wrist straight throughout the exercise
- Make sure to completely extend your arm at the bottom of the motion
- Try to squeeze your biceps at the top of each rep
- Perform the exercise in a slow, controlled manner
