
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall and place your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Bend your knees slightly and lean forward from your waist
- 3Grab each end of the towel, hold it so it's taut
- 4Pull the towel towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body
- 5Slowly release the towel back out in front of you
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and avoid rounding your shoulders
- Engage your core throughout to support your back
- Ensure to squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull
- Control the speed of movement, avoid jerking or using momentum
