Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall and place your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Bend your knees slightly and lean forward from your waist
  • 3Grab each end of the towel, hold it so it's taut
  • 4Pull the towel towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body
  • 5Slowly release the towel back out in front of you

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and avoid rounding your shoulders
  • Engage your core throughout to support your back
  • Ensure to squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull
  • Control the speed of movement, avoid jerking or using momentum
