Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright with your arms by your sides
  • 2Raise your arms out to the sides until they are at shoulder level
  • 3Rotate palms facing downwards and upwards alternately while keeping arms elevated
  • 4Lower the arms slowly to your sides
  • 5Repeat the movements for the determined number of reps

Tips:

  • Keep your body stable, do not use it to leverage the movements
  • Avoid locking your elbows when raising the arms
  • Control the motion, avoid dropping the arms quickly
  • Concentrate on your shoulder muscles throughout the exercise
