
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright with your arms by your sides
- 2Raise your arms out to the sides until they are at shoulder level
- 3Rotate palms facing downwards and upwards alternately while keeping arms elevated
- 4Lower the arms slowly to your sides
- 5Repeat the movements for the determined number of reps
Tips:
- Keep your body stable, do not use it to leverage the movements
- Avoid locking your elbows when raising the arms
- Control the motion, avoid dropping the arms quickly
- Concentrate on your shoulder muscles throughout the exercise
