Instructions:

  • 1Lie down flat on your back and extend your arms and legs to form like a star
  • 2Pull in your stomach and lift your arms and legs off the floor
  • 3Try bringing your right hand towards your left foot and return back to the initial position
  • 4Repeat the same on the opposite side
  • 5Keep alternating between sides

Tips:

  • Keep your movements controlled
  • Squeeze your abs as you lift
  • Don’t forget to breathe
  • Keep your back flat on the ground during the exercise
