
Instructions:
- 1Lie down flat on your back and extend your arms and legs to form like a star
- 2Pull in your stomach and lift your arms and legs off the floor
- 3Try bringing your right hand towards your left foot and return back to the initial position
- 4Repeat the same on the opposite side
- 5Keep alternating between sides

- Keep your movements controlled
- Squeeze your abs as you lift
- Don’t forget to breathe
- Keep your back flat on the ground during the exercise
