Jump Step-Up (male)

Instructions:

  • 1Stand in front of a step or box, placing your right foot firmly on the step
  • 2Push off your right foot and jump up to switch feet
  • 3Land softly with your left foot on the box and your right foot on the ground
  • 4Push off your left foot and jump up to switch feet back to the original position
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Focus on landing softly to protect your joints
  • Keep your chest lifted and your lower back straight throughout the exercise
  • Take time to establish balance before jumping
  • Avoid bending at the hips excessively during the landing
