
Instructions:
- 1Stand in front of a step or box, placing your right foot firmly on the step
- 2Push off your right foot and jump up to switch feet
- 3Land softly with your left foot on the box and your right foot on the ground
- 4Push off your left foot and jump up to switch feet back to the original position
- 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions

- Focus on landing softly to protect your joints
- Keep your chest lifted and your lower back straight throughout the exercise
- Take time to establish balance before jumping
- Avoid bending at the hips excessively during the landing
