
Instructions:
- 1Start in a standing position
- 2Bend at the hips and knees to lower into a squat
- 3Place hands on the ground and kick feet back into a plank position
- 4Return feet to squat position by jumping
- 5Return to standing and repeat
Tips:
- Keep your heart rate up as this is also a cardio exercise
- Try not to arch your back during the plank
- Keep your weight in your heels during the squat
- Exhale when you jump and inhale when lowering into squat
