Instructions:

  • 1Start in a standing position
  • 2Bend at the hips and knees to lower into a squat
  • 3Place hands on the ground and kick feet back into a plank position
  • 4Return feet to squat position by jumping
  • 5Return to standing and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep your heart rate up as this is also a cardio exercise
  • Try not to arch your back during the plank
  • Keep your weight in your heels during the squat
  • Exhale when you jump and inhale when lowering into squat
