Instructions:

  • 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands at your sides
  • 2Perform a normal squat
  • 3As you come up, explode into a jump
  • 4As soon as you land, jump again
  • 5Land softly into your squat to prepare for the next rep

Tips:

  • Try to keep your heels on the ground when squatting
  • Keep your back straight and chest lifted during the squat
  • Use your arms for momentum during the jumps
  • Land softly to reduce impact on your knees and joints
