
Instructions:
- 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands at your sides
- 2Perform a normal squat
- 3As you come up, explode into a jump
- 4As soon as you land, jump again
- 5Land softly into your squat to prepare for the next rep
Tips:
- Try to keep your heels on the ground when squatting
- Keep your back straight and chest lifted during the squat
- Use your arms for momentum during the jumps
- Land softly to reduce impact on your knees and joints
