Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back on a bench with the EZ barbell grasped firmly in your hands
  • 2Begin with your arms fully extended above your chest
  • 3Slowly lower the barbell by bending at the elbows keeping the upper arms fixed
  • 4Lower the bar until it is just above your forehead
  • 5Press the bar back to the starting position

Tips:

  • Keep your elbows in and don't let them flare out
  • Keep your upper arms stationary throughout the exercise
  • Focus on the contraction of the triceps during extension
  • Avoid using your shoulders or back to move the bar
