
Instructions:
- 1Lie flat on your back on a bench with the EZ barbell grasped firmly in your hands
- 2Begin with your arms fully extended above your chest
- 3Slowly lower the barbell by bending at the elbows keeping the upper arms fixed
- 4Lower the bar until it is just above your forehead
- 5Press the bar back to the starting position
Tips:
- Keep your elbows in and don't let them flare out
- Keep your upper arms stationary throughout the exercise
- Focus on the contraction of the triceps during extension
- Avoid using your shoulders or back to move the bar
