Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight and bend slightly forward, leaning onto a stable object.
  • 2Bend your knees and jump upwards, raising your heels as high as possible.
  • 3Squeeze your calves at the top, then lower your feet back to the ground.
  • 4Continue this movement for a set amount of repetitions.
  • 5Switch legs and repeat the process.

Tips:

  • Make sure to squeeze your calves at the top of the movement to increase muscle engagement.
  • Try to keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout the exercise.
  • Land softly on your feet to reduce the strain on your joints.
  • Try increasing the repetitions if the exercise seems too easy.
