Instructions:

  • 1Stand between parallel bars, gripping them tightly
  • 2Keep your body upright and your feet together
  • 3Raise your knees towards your chest
  • 4Pause briefly, then lower your legs back to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the motion

Tips:

  • Engage your core to better control the movement
  • Avoid using momentum or swinging your legs
  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Breathe out as you raise the legs and breathe in as you lower them
