Instructions:

  • 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart holding the EZ barbell at chest level
  • 2Push the barbell upwards until your arms are fully extended
  • 3Hold for a moment at the top
  • 4Slowly lower the bar back down to the chest
  • 5Repeat the movement

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and core tight throughout the movement
  • Avoid using your body momentum to lift the weight
  • Lower the weight in a controlled manner to maintain tension on the muscles
  • Keep your elbows slightly bent at the top to avoid straining your joints
