
Instructions:
- 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart holding the EZ barbell at chest level
- 2Push the barbell upwards until your arms are fully extended
- 3Hold for a moment at the top
- 4Slowly lower the bar back down to the chest
- 5Repeat the movement
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and core tight throughout the movement
- Avoid using your body momentum to lift the weight
- Lower the weight in a controlled manner to maintain tension on the muscles
- Keep your elbows slightly bent at the top to avoid straining your joints
