
Instructions:
- 1Lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground
- 2Place your hands lightly on the back of your head or cross them over your chest
- 3Curl your upper body forward, lifting your shoulder blades off the ground
- 4Pause at the top, then slowly lower your upper body back to the floor
Tips:
- Avoid pulling your neck with your hands
- Focus on using your abs to lift your body
- Exhale as you lift your body and inhale as you lower back down
