Instructions:

  • 1Lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground
  • 2Place your hands lightly on the back of your head or cross them over your chest
  • 3Curl your upper body forward, lifting your shoulder blades off the ground
  • 4Pause at the top, then slowly lower your upper body back to the floor

Tips:

  • Avoid pulling your neck with your hands
  • Focus on using your abs to lift your body
  • Exhale as you lift your body and inhale as you lower back down
