
Instructions:
- 1Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the towel
- 2Lift your hips off the floor while sliding your feet away from your body
- 3Slide your feet back to the start position while lowering your hips back down
Tips:
- Keep your hips lifted high throughout the exercise
- Engage your core to protect your lower back
- Move your legs slowly to keep tension on the muscles
- Do not let your back sag during the exercise
