
Instructions:
- 1Start in a sitting position on a smooth floor with your legs extended in front of you
- 2Place your hands on the towel and begin to slide your body backwards, keeping your arms straight and your back upright
- 3Continue to slide back until your body is almost flat on the floor
- 4Pull in your abs and pull your body back up to the starting position using your back muscles
- 5Repeat the exercise for the desired amount of reps

- Keep your body and arms straight throughout the exercise
- Ensure your back stays upright
- Engage your core to help with balance
- Focus on pulling with your back muscles not your arms
