
Instructions:
- 1Lie down on the bench with your legs bent, feet flat on the ground.
- 2Place your hands lightly on either side of your head keeping your elbows in.
- 3Curl your upper body all the way up toward your knees without lifting your lower back off the bench.
- 4Lower yourself back down in a controlled fashion, until your shoulder blades touch the bench.
Tips:
- Don't pull your head with your hands, focus on your abs to do the work.
- Exhale as you curl up and inhale as you lower back down.
- Keep your movements slow and controlled.
- Try not to arch your back as you perform this exercise.
