
Instructions:
- 1Start in a standing position, feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Drop into a squat position and place your hands on the ground in front of you
- 3Kick your feet back into a push-up position and perform one push-up
- 4Immediately return your feet to the squat position
- 5Jump up from the squat position
Tips:
- Keep your core tight throughout the exercise
- Aim for a smooth and fluid movement from one step to the next
- During the push up, make sure your body is in a straight line from head to heels
- To reduce impact, land softly and roll back into the squat position
