Burpee with Push-up (female)

Instructions:

  • 1Start in a standing position, feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Drop into a squat position and place your hands on the ground in front of you
  • 3Kick your feet back into a push-up position and perform one push-up
  • 4Immediately return your feet to the squat position
  • 5Jump up from the squat position

Tips:

  • Keep your core tight throughout the exercise
  • Aim for a smooth and fluid movement from one step to the next
  • During the push up, make sure your body is in a straight line from head to heels
  • To reduce impact, land softly and roll back into the squat position
