Instructions:

  • 1Stand in front of the chair
  • 2Step up onto the chair with one foot
  • 3Push through your heel to lift your other foot onto the chair
  • 4Step back down and repeat with the other foot
  • 5Keep alternating feet for the duration of the exercise

Tips:
