
Instructions:
- 1Stand in front of the box with feet shoulder width apart
- 2Dip body by bending the knees and then explode upwards onto the box
- 3Land softly on the box absorbing the impact with your legs
- 4Jump back down and immediately perform a split jump
- 5Repeat the sequence for your desired reps
