
Instructions:
- 1Lie back on a bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand
- 2Raise the dumbbells above your chest, palms facing each other
- 3Lower the dumbbells out and down in an arc-like motion until your chest is fully stretched
- 4Raise the dumbbells back to the starting position using the same arc-like motion
- 5Repeat for required reps
Tips:
- Keep your elbows slightly bent throughout the exercise to prevent stress on your biceps
- Go for a slow, controlled motion rather than speed
- Avoid lifting too heavy weights that might compromise your form
- Focus on the squeeze and contraction of your chest muscles
