Instructions:

  • 1Lie back on a bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand
  • 2Raise the dumbbells above your chest, palms facing each other
  • 3Lower the dumbbells out and down in an arc-like motion until your chest is fully stretched
  • 4Raise the dumbbells back to the starting position using the same arc-like motion
  • 5Repeat for required reps

Tips:

  • Keep your elbows slightly bent throughout the exercise to prevent stress on your biceps
  • Go for a slow, controlled motion rather than speed
  • Avoid lifting too heavy weights that might compromise your form
