
Instructions:
- 1Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground
- 2Extend your arms overhead
- 3Lift your upper body towards your knees, using your abdominal muscles
- 4Hold for a moment at the peak of the movement
- 5Slowly return to the starting position
Tips:
- Do not use your arms to pull your neck or head up
- Focus on contracting your abs
- Breathe out as you lift your upper body
- Keep your back flat on the ground throughout the exercise
