Crunch (hands overhead)

Instructions:

  • 1Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground
  • 2Extend your arms overhead
  • 3Lift your upper body towards your knees, using your abdominal muscles
  • 4Hold for a moment at the peak of the movement
  • 5Slowly return to the starting position

Tips:

  • Do not use your arms to pull your neck or head up
  • Focus on contracting your abs
  • Breathe out as you lift your upper body
  • Keep your back flat on the ground throughout the exercise
