Instructions:

  • 1Sit on the floor with your knees bent
  • 2Lean back slightly and lift your feet off the ground
  • 3Straighten your legs while keeping your torso angled back
  • 4Hold this position for as long as you can
  • 5Slowly lower your feet back to the ground
