
Instructions:
- 1Lie flat on your back and place a towel under your heels
- 2Keep your arms to your sides with palms facing down
- 3Bend your knees and pull your heels towards your glutes using the towel
- 4Extend your legs back out to the start position with control
Tips:
- Keep your hips and lower back pressed into the floor during the exercise
- Ensure a slow and controlled movement rather than a jerky one
- Engage your core throughout the exercise
- Try to bring your heels as close as possible to your glutes
