Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back and place a towel under your heels
  • 2Keep your arms to your sides with palms facing down
  • 3Bend your knees and pull your heels towards your glutes using the towel
  • 4Extend your legs back out to the start position with control

Tips:

  • Keep your hips and lower back pressed into the floor during the exercise
  • Ensure a slow and controlled movement rather than a jerky one
  • Engage your core throughout the exercise
  • Try to bring your heels as close as possible to your glutes
