Instructions:

  • 1Sit on the machine with your back against the padded support
  • 2Place your feet on the platform shoulder-width apart
  • 3Push the platform away using your heels and quadriceps
  • 4Return to the initial position while keeping tension on your muscles
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Keep your back flat and in contact with the padded support
  • Avoid locking your knees when you push the platform
  • Focus on pushing through the heels not the toes
  • Control the motion when returning to the starting position
