
Instructions:
- 1Start by lying flat on your back, legs extended and arms stretched above your head
- 2Bring your knees towards your chest, while simultaneously curling your upper body up without lifting your lower back off the floor
- 3Once your body is in a 'curled' position, with your knees close to your chest and your arms around your knees if possible, hold the pose for a few seconds
- 4Unroll your body slowly back into the starting position
Tips:
- Ensure your back is flat against the ground when you unroll
- Keep your movements slow and controlled to engage your core muscles
- Do not strain your neck during the exercise, keep it relaxed
- Breathe in as you curl up and breathe out as you uncurl
