Instructions:

  • 3Push through the opposite hand to return to the starting position
  • 4Repeat the push-ups, alternating sides each time
  • 5Ensure your body is straight throughout the exercise

Tips:

  • Engage your core to help maintain body alignment
  • Exhale when pushing up, inhale when lowering yourself
  • Do not let your lower back sag or your hips hike during the movement
  • Keep your elbows tucked close to your body to ensure the focus remains on your chest and triceps
