
Instructions:
- 1Stand or sit with your back straight
- 2Extend your arms out to your sides at shoulder height
- 3Slowly make small circles with your arms
- 4You can change the direction of the circles halfway through your set
- 5Gradually lower your arms to rest
Tips:
- Keep your shoulders down and relaxed during the exercise
- Try to keep your arms extended throughout, without letting them drop
- Keep the circle movements controlled and don't rush
- If you feel any discomfort in your shoulders, reduce the size of the circles
