Instructions:

  • 1Stand or sit with your back straight
  • 2Extend your arms out to your sides at shoulder height
  • 3Slowly make small circles with your arms
  • 4You can change the direction of the circles halfway through your set
  • 5Gradually lower your arms to rest

Tips:

  • Keep your shoulders down and relaxed during the exercise
  • Try to keep your arms extended throughout, without letting them drop
  • Keep the circle movements controlled and don't rush
  • If you feel any discomfort in your shoulders, reduce the size of the circles
