
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart and hands on your hips
- 2Raise one foot off the ground and rotate your foot and ankle clockwise slowly
- 3After a few rotations, switch the direction and rotate your foot and ankle counter-clockwise
- 4Switch feet and repeat the exercise
Tips:
- Keep your balance by engaging your core
- Do not rush through the rotation, it should be a slow and controlled movement
- Make sure you rotate your ankles in both directions equally
- Be mindful of your breathing, inhale and exhale steadily
