Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart and hands on your hips
  • 2Raise one foot off the ground and rotate your foot and ankle clockwise slowly
  • 3After a few rotations, switch the direction and rotate your foot and ankle counter-clockwise
  • 4Switch feet and repeat the exercise

Tips:

  • Keep your balance by engaging your core
  • Do not rush through the rotation, it should be a slow and controlled movement
  • Make sure you rotate your ankles in both directions equally
  • Be mindful of your breathing, inhale and exhale steadily
