Instructions:

  • 1Start in a squatting position with your feet shoulder width apart
  • 2Explosively jump into the air, spreading your legs wide
  • 3Once you're in the air, pull your legs back together
  • 4Land in the squatting position
  • 5Continue this motion without pause for your designated repetitions/time

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight when squatting
  • Engage your core during the jumps for stability
  • Try to land softly to avoid joint impact
  • Breathe regularly, inhale upon landing and exhale during the jump
