Instructions:

  • 1Stand in a boxing stance with left foot forward, fists up in guard position
  • 2Rotate your right hip forward and pivot your right back foot
  • 3At the same time, swing your right arm horizontally across your chest
  • 4Snap your right fist back to the guard position immediately after striking
  • 5Repeat movements with a controlled rhythm

Tips:

  • Stay on the balls of your feet for quick movements
  • Make sure to keep your left guard up while delivering the right hook
  • Do not lock your elbow when you throw the hook
  • Remember to retract your hand quickly back to guard after delivering the hook
