
Instructions:
- 1Stand in a boxing stance with left foot forward, fists up in guard position
- 2Rotate your right hip forward and pivot your right back foot
- 3At the same time, swing your right arm horizontally across your chest
- 4Snap your right fist back to the guard position immediately after striking
- 5Repeat movements with a controlled rhythm
Tips:
- Stay on the balls of your feet for quick movements
- Make sure to keep your left guard up while delivering the right hook
- Do not lock your elbow when you throw the hook
- Remember to retract your hand quickly back to guard after delivering the hook
