Instructions:

  • 1Stand between two overhead pulleys with a handle attached to each.
  • 2Hold the handles and step into a staggered stance, leaning slightly forward.
  • 3Pull your hands together in an arcing motion in front of your body.
  • 4Hold for a moment then slowly return your hands back to the starting position.
  • 5Repeat the movement while maintaining your stance and slight forward lean.

Tips:

  • Keep your elbows slightly bent throughout the exercise.
  • Focus on squeezing your pecs as you bring the handles together.
  • Keep your movements controlled and smooth, don't rush.
  • Avoid leaning too far forward to prevent straining your back.
