
Instructions:

- 4Hold for a moment then slowly return your hands back to the starting position.
- 5Repeat the movement while maintaining your stance and slight forward lean.
Tips:
- Keep your elbows slightly bent throughout the exercise.
- Focus on squeezing your pecs as you bring the handles together.
- Keep your movements controlled and smooth, don't rush.
- Avoid leaning too far forward to prevent straining your back.
