
Instructions:
- 1Kneel in front of a low pulley cable
- 2Grab the handle with one hand, keeping your elbow at a 90 degree angle
- 3Straighten your arm, focusing on the contraction in your triceps
- 4Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position
- 5Repeat on the other arm after completing the set
Tips:
- Keep your back straight while performing the exercise
- Don't rush the repetitions, focus more on the muscle contraction
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement for maximum contraction
- Make sure not to move your elbow while raising and lowering the weight
