Instructions:

  • 1Kneel in front of a low pulley cable
  • 2Grab the handle with one hand, keeping your elbow at a 90 degree angle
  • 3Straighten your arm, focusing on the contraction in your triceps
  • 4Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position
  • 5Repeat on the other arm after completing the set

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight while performing the exercise
  • Don't rush the repetitions, focus more on the muscle contraction
  • Pause briefly at the top of the movement for maximum contraction
  • Make sure not to move your elbow while raising and lowering the weight
