
Instructions:

- 2Hold the cable handle with your near hand and pull towards you, rotating your torso
- 3Use your lat muscle to pull the cable towards you, bending your arm slightly
- 4Return to the starting position in a steady motion
- 5Switch sides and repeat

- Keep your movements slow and controlled
- Exhale as you pull the cable and inhale as you return to the start
- Keep your focus on the lat muscle during the pull
