
Instructions:
- 1Lie on your back on a bench, holding the EZ bar above your chest with a shoulder-width grip
- 2Keeping your arms slightly bent, lower the bar back over your head
- 3Warmly the bar until it is level with your bench
- 4Pull the bar back over your head to the starting position
- 5Maintain a slight bend in your arms throughout the movement
Tips:
- Ensure your arms move in a smooth arc, and not a straight line
- Keep the movement slow and controlled
- Breathe in during the lowering phase and out during the lifting phase
- Do not overextend your back while raising the bar
