
Instructions:
- 1Stand at the base of a set of stairs
- 2Step up onto the first stair with your right foot, then bring up your left foot to the same step
- 3Step back down starting with the right foot, then the left
- 4Repeat, this time stepping up with left foot first
- 5Complete the set alternating starting foot
Tips:
- Try to keep your back straight and shoulders back
- Engage your core for better balance
- Remember to breathe - inhale when stepping up, exhale when stepping down
- Push from the heels to engage the quadriceps and hamstrings properly
