Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and hold the kettlebell by the horns, close to your chest
  • 2Bend at the knees and hips to lower your body down into a squat position, keeping your back straight
  • 3Pause when your thighs are parallel to the floor
  • 4Press through your heels to stand up straight, keeping the kettlebell at your chest
  • 5Repeat this motion for the desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Don't let your knees go past your toes when squatting
  • Keep your chest up and your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Engage your core to help maintain balance
  • Ensure you fully extend your hips at the top of the movement
