
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and hold the kettlebell by the horns, close to your chest
- 2Bend at the knees and hips to lower your body down into a squat position, keeping your back straight
- 3Pause when your thighs are parallel to the floor
- 4Press through your heels to stand up straight, keeping the kettlebell at your chest
- 5Repeat this motion for the desired number of reps
Tips:
- Don't let your knees go past your toes when squatting
- Keep your chest up and your back straight throughout the exercise
- Engage your core to help maintain balance
- Ensure you fully extend your hips at the top of the movement
