
Instructions:
- 1Begin in a high plank position with a dumbbell in each hand, directly under your shoulders
- 2Keeping your body still and core engaged, lift one dumbbell to your side, squeezing your shoulder blade
- 3Lower the dumbbell back to the ground slowly
- 4Repeat this process with the other hand
- 5Continue to alternate sides for the desired number of reps
Tips:
- Keep your body as still as possible throughout the movement
- Remember to exhale on the row and inhale on the release
- Maintain a neutral gaze, looking slightly ahead
- Ensure your dumbbells are secure and will not roll during exercise
