Instructions:

  • 1Stand on the platform of the leverage machine, aligning your shoulders under the lever
  • 2Keep your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 3Squat down, lowering your body until your thighs are parallel to the ground
  • 4Push yourself up by extending your hips and knees
  • 5Return to the standing position and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep your spine neutral during the exercise
  • Don't lock your knees out at the top of the movement
  • Keep your weight on your heels
  • Keep your knees in line with your toes
