
Instructions:
- 1Stand on the platform of the leverage machine, aligning your shoulders under the lever
- 2Keep your feet shoulder-width apart
- 3Squat down, lowering your body until your thighs are parallel to the ground
- 4Push yourself up by extending your hips and knees
- 5Return to the standing position and repeat
Tips:
- Keep your spine neutral during the exercise
- Don't lock your knees out at the top of the movement
- Keep your weight on your heels
- Keep your knees in line with your toes
