
Instructions:
- 1Stand behind an EZ-Barbell with a shoulder-width grip
- 2Curl the barbell up, towards the shoulders
- 3Squeeze your biceps at the top of the curl
- 4Return the barbell down to the starting position in a controlled manner
- 5Repeat for your desired number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your elbows stationary and close to your body
- Avoid swinging or using your back for momentum
- Make sure to fully extend your arms at the bottom
- Try to keep tension on the muscles throughout the entire exercise
