Instructions:

  • 1Stand behind an EZ-Barbell with a shoulder-width grip
  • 2Curl the barbell up, towards the shoulders
  • 3Squeeze your biceps at the top of the curl
  • 4Return the barbell down to the starting position in a controlled manner
  • 5Repeat for your desired number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your elbows stationary and close to your body
  • Avoid swinging or using your back for momentum
  • Make sure to fully extend your arms at the bottom
  • Try to keep tension on the muscles throughout the entire exercise
