Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart
  • 2Extend your arms straight out, palms facing down
  • 3Move your arms back and try to expand your chest
  • 4Hold for a comfortable period of time
  • 5Release and return to the starting position
