
Instructions:
- 1Stand or sit with your spine straight
- 2Extend your arm out straight in front of you
- 3Bend your elbow, and try to touch your shoulder with your hand
- 4Straighten your arm, repeat the motion
Tips:
- Don't force your arm to bend more than it naturally would
- Breathe normally during the exercise
- Ensure your arm stays in line with your shoulder
- Prevent arching your back
