
Instructions:
- 1Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing towards body
- 2Bend over at the waist with knees slightly bent, keeping the back straight
- 3Lift the dumbbells to your side while rotating your wrists inward
- 4Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to start position, rotating your wrists back to the initial position
- 5Repeat for the required number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your chest up and shoulders back during the exercise
- Avoid jerking motions
- Ensure you rotate your wrists as you lift the weights, not before
- Focus on squeezing your back muscles at the top of the lift
