Instructions:

  • 1Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing towards body
  • 2Bend over at the waist with knees slightly bent, keeping the back straight
  • 3Lift the dumbbells to your side while rotating your wrists inward
  • 4Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to start position, rotating your wrists back to the initial position
  • 5Repeat for the required number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your chest up and shoulders back during the exercise
  • Avoid jerking motions
  • Ensure you rotate your wrists as you lift the weights, not before
  • Focus on squeezing your back muscles at the top of the lift
