Instructions:

  • 1Sit on the exercise ball and roll forwards while keeping the dumbbell close to your chest
  • 2Lower your upper back and shoulders onto the ball, with your feet flat on the floor
  • 3Push the dumbbell up towards the ceiling while keeping your arms slightly bent
  • 4Lower the dumbbell back down, moving it over the crown of your head
  • 5Bring the dumbbell up to starting position in a controlled manner

Tips:
