
Instructions:
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the medicine ball with both hands.
- 2Lift the medicine ball above your head, fully extending your arms.
- 3Slam the ball down in front of your feet with as much force as possible.
- 4Bend your knees and squat to pick up the ball.
- 5Repeat the movement.
Tips:
- Engage your core throughout the motion.
- Use your entire body to generate the force needed to slam the ball.
- Control the movement, don't just let gravity do the work.
- Make sure to lift with your legs, not your back when picking up the ball.
