
Instructions:
- 1Place a barbell at an incline bench position
- 2Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, bend over and grasp the bar
- 3Pull the bar to your upper body keeping your elbows close
- 4Reverse the movement back to the starting position
Tips:
- Keep your back straight during the entire exercise
- Try to squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull
- Do not let your body sway during the exercise
- Breathe out when you pull the bar and breathe in as you lower it
