Instructions:

  • 1Place a barbell at an incline bench position
  • 2Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, bend over and grasp the bar
  • 3Pull the bar to your upper body keeping your elbows close
  • 4Reverse the movement back to the starting position

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight during the entire exercise
  • Try to squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull
  • Do not let your body sway during the exercise
  • Breathe out when you pull the bar and breathe in as you lower it
