
Instructions:
- 1Sit on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand hanging at arm's length
- 2Curl both weights while keeping your palms facing each other
- 3Pause when the weights are shoulder level
- 4Lower the dumbbells back down after a short pause
- 5Repeat desired amount of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your upper arms still throughout
- Focus on squeezing the biceps at the top
- Ensure a full range of motion
- Don't rush the movement, control both the upward and downward phases
