- 4Engage your core by pulling your belly button towards your spine
- 5Make sure to pedal with the balls of your feet, not the arches
Tips:
- Maintain an upright posture to avoid straining the neck and back
- Keep your gaze ahead, not down, to see oncoming cars or obstacles
- Drink plenty of fluids before, during and after the ride to stay hydrated
- Take breaks when needed, especially in high heat or humidity
