
Instructions:
- 1Hold a dumbbell with both hands over your head, elbows close to your head
- 2Slowly lower the dumbbell down behind your head
- 3Keep your upper arms still throughout the movement
- 4Raise the dumbbell back until your elbows are nearly straight
- 5Squeeze your triceps at the top of the movement
Tips:
- Perform the movement in a controlled manner
- Keep your elbows as close to your head as possible
- Remember to breathe correctly, exhale when you raise the dumbbell and inhale when you lower it
- Maintain a tight core for balance throughout the exercise
