
Instructions:
- 1Position yourself on the machine with the balls of your feet on the foot platform
- 2Start with your calves stretched at the bottom of the movement
- 3Raise your heels by extending your ankles and flex your calves at the top
- 4Hold the contracted position for a moment
- 5Lower your heels back to the starting position in a controlled fashion
Tips:
- Keep your abs tight throughout
- Make sure to achieve full range of motion
- Don't rush the movement, keep it controlled
- Make sure the work is done by the calves and not by your ankles
