Instructions:

  • 1Position yourself on the machine with the balls of your feet on the foot platform
  • 2Start with your calves stretched at the bottom of the movement
  • 3Raise your heels by extending your ankles and flex your calves at the top
  • 4Hold the contracted position for a moment
  • 5Lower your heels back to the starting position in a controlled fashion

Tips:

  • Keep your abs tight throughout
  • Make sure to achieve full range of motion
  • Don't rush the movement, keep it controlled
  • Make sure the work is done by the calves and not by your ankles
